v has been set up to inspire a new generation of 16 – 25 year olds to get involved in volunteering and community action. It will enable a lasting change in the quality, quantity and diversity of youth volunteering, as well as creating a culture where it is natural for young people to volunteer, and natural for organisations to support them in doing so, because the benefits of volunteering are widely understood and celebrated.

Changemakers has been commissioned by v to support organisations who want to offer young people opportunities to volunteer in their work, or who want to support young people to create and lead their own community projects. We can help you whether you are completely new to the idea of youth volunteering, or a seasoned veteran wanting to brush up your skills.
